Tibet ME

Tibet® ME

Tibet® ME is a selective herbicide for pasture that has a systemic action, indicated for the control of weeds in pasture areas. It is highly effective and has an excellent cost/benefit ratio while providing superior control for a wide variety of broadleaf (wide-leaved) weeds, whether it is herbaceous (easy to control), semi-hardwood (medium difficulty to control) or woody (difficult or extremely difficult to control) in pasture areas.

What is Tibet® ME?

It is a herbicide with systemic action based on Picloram and Fluroxypyr from the mimicked group of auxins. It is selective for the main forage grasses in Brazil.

Tibet® ME presents a high performance in weed control, without harming forage grasses. It is a product with microemulsion (ME) formulation, which is considered one of the most bioeffective in applications for weed control in pastures.

To obtain excellent results and safety in applications, it is recommended to read the instructions and use it carefully, as well as always consult an Agronomist.

Herbicide for control of weeds in pastures

As it is a herbicide from the group of Auxin Mimics (also known as Growth Regulators), Tibet® ME fights, with high efficiency, the growth of weeds in pasture areas. It does not cause damage to forage grasses and eliminates ivasives herbaceous and broad-leaved shrubs that compete for space, water, light and nutrients with forage plants.

The product acts directly on the vital functions of the weeds, at the cellular level, resulting in the deformation of its veins and leaf blade, stopping its growth and thickening of the roots. Then, “tumors” start to show in the nodes along the stem, causing phloem obstruction and, consequently, the slow death of weeds, after the total depletion of weed reserves.

Application Methods

Tibet® ME must be applied via tractor-trailed equipment, localized foliar sprayer or agricultural aircraft, according to the instructions described in the package insert for each situation. The spray volume per hectare (application rate) may also vary according to the particularities of the area to be treated, the percentage of infestation and the size of the weeds, as well as depending on the equipment and application technology used.

Always consult an Agronomist.
