Together for more Diversity and Inclusion

We have a policy with clear guidelines to promote, inside and outside the company, diversity and inclusion issues. We are focused on seeking partnerships and contributing to a better and, consequently, more egalitarian world.

Within our various actions to encourage the subject, we are signatories of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP), in partnership with UN Women, and we are part of the Equity is Priority movement. With this, we are committed to reaching the goal of 30% of women in senior leadership positions by 2025.
